Saffron City Payment Plan 2026: 5 Marla, 10 Marla & 1 Kanal Prices

Short answer: Saffron City's new Sector A rates are PKR 45 lakh for 5 Marla, PKR 82.5 lakh for 10 Marla and PKR 1.55 crore for 1 Kanal (general plots). You pay 10% at booking, 10% at allocation, 30 monthly and 6 bi-annual installments, and 20% at possession. The same rates are being quoted for Block B.

How the money splits

For a 5 Marla plot: PKR 9 lakh in booking and allocation, PKR 13.5 lakh across 30 monthly installments, PKR 13.5 lakh across 6 bi-annual installments, and PKR 9 lakh at possession. That is 20% upfront, 60% spread over about three years and 20% at possession. The 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plans follow the same split.

Terms that change your total

Form processing fee: PKR 5,000, non-refundable.
Category charges: corner, park-facing and similar plots cost extra, in steps of 10% per category.
Utility and possession charges are not included in the price, even though development charges are.
Due date: installments must be paid before the 5th of each month.
Payment method: cheque or pay order.
Pre-launch rates are for a limited time and may rise without notice.

Location

Saffron City is on the GT Road side of Rawalpindi, which places it under the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), although it is often marketed as "Islamabad". Ask us for a site visit to see the land and development progress yourself.

Approval status: check before you pay

The developer's material shows an "RDA approved" badge. We could not find Saffron City on the RDA approved list we checked, so ask for the NOC letter number and date and match it on the RDA website (rda.gop.pk) before booking. We do this check with every client.
