Short answer: DHA Margalla Enclave (also called Margalla Enclave) is a housing project developed jointly by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and DHA Islamabad in Zone IV of Islamabad. It launched in January 2025 with 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots, sold by ballot on lump sum or 1, 2 and 3-year quarterly plans.

Two public bodies behind it. CDA brings the land and approvals inside Islamabad, DHA brings its development and management.

Buyers choose either lump sum, or 20% down payment followed by 4, 8 or 12 quarterly installments (1, 2 or 3 years). The longer the plan, the higher the total price. The plan cannot be changed after you choose it.
