Why the NOC matters
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the development authority confirms that a housing scheme's land, layout plan and services have been approved. Without it, a society can face delays, legal challenges or restrictions on transfers and building approvals. With it, buyers have far more protection.
How to check the status yourself
- Open the RDA website and find its list of approved and unapproved housing schemes.
- Search for "Faisal Town Phase 2" or its developer, Zedem International.
- Ask the seller for the NOC or LOP letter number and date, and match it against RDA's record.
- For overseas buyers: we can visit or call the authority's office for you and share what we find.
What it means if you still want to buy
- Prefer blocks where development is visible on the ground, not only on the map.
- Keep payments in line with installments rather than paying far ahead.
- Keep every receipt, booking form and file document.
- Expect resale value to move with approval news, in both directions.
Faisal Town Group's earlier Faisal Town project in Islamabad is one reason buyers trust the brand, but each phase has its own approval. Judge Phase 2 on its own record.
Our approach
We market Faisal Town Phase 2 because many clients want it, and we tell every one of them where approval stands before they pay. If an approved society suits you better, we will say so. Compare DHA Margalla Enclave, a CDA and DHA joint venture inside Islamabad.
